Kinect had two Dance games at launch. Dance Central, and Dance Masters. But now there have been many more introduced in 2011, check out my kinect dance games review below.
Dance Central is more follow the moves the dancer is doing, and Dance Masters is a lot more like Dance Dance Revolution. Where you hit the marks at certain times.This is the top kinect game, with a 9.4 rating out of 230 reviews.
Dance Masters has better multiplayer, with 2-player co-op on a single console and versus over Xbox live. But Dance Central has a better Single Player and a more mainstream music selection. While Dance Masters is more DDR (J-pop) type songs.
