Kinect Sports Games

Here are some of the top Kinect Sports Games, sports can be so much fun and Xbox Kinect have made it fun for the entire family.

Turn your living room into a world-class stadium, bowling alley, and soccer pitch or track-and-field arena. With “Kinect Sports” you’re not only the star player; you are the controller — through the magic of Kinect for Xbox 360. See a ball? Kick it. Spike it. Even give it a little topspin. “Kinect Sports” features soccer, beach volleyball, bowling, table tennis, track and field, and boxing.

Simple, intuitive and instantly fun, “Kinect Sports” delivers the ultimate party experience — whether you are trying to outmaneuver the goalie to win the soccer match or cheering on your friends at ringside. The first full-body, controller-free sports game, “Kinect Sports” is so real, you will almost feel the wind in your hair as you fly over hurdles and the sand in your toes as you set, bump and spike your way to volleyball victory.

Kinect Sports

Kinect Sports comprises a series of six mini-games: soccer, bowling, table tennis, volleyball, track and field and boxing, which are different to those on the Wii. What is also different is that Kinect is able to detect whole body motions – it focuses on 48 different points – which is why it can provide players with a much more realistic experience of the game or sport.

To play the game correctly you need to use the whole body, just like when you play for real.

When playing volleyball you need to use the hands in the same way you would handle the ball, and when playing football you have to kick the ball as though you were playing the game for real.

This really is the Top kinect Sports Game, there are so many good reviews.

This game is a must for any sports crazy gamer.

Review
I gave this game a good run through and I have to say it will really make you sweat!!! I could really see how a person could drop some serious weight by using this game on a daily basis. The exercises are fun and presented very well. The only concern that I would state is that this game does require a decent amount of space to fully utilize and properly complete the included activities. This is really a good game!!!
There are many very good reviews on Your Shape Fitmess Evolved. Highly recommended.

  • Ea Sports Active 2 Review

If you already have one of the previous Sports Actives for the Wii, skip this one. For 100 dollars, it's not worth upgrading. But if you are new to workout games, have an XBOX, a Kinect and an endless supply of patience, I'd say go for it. You will get a good balance of cardio and muscle sculpting workouts, and achievements will have you chasing new goals constantly.

    Reviews
It could be a decent game, but they're going to have to put out some patches first to make it actually playable before it becomes enjoyable.
Most of the reviews are very dis-appointed with this game, not recommended.

  • Zumba Fitness Reviews- a real mixture, some really love it and others say it is a waste of time, so depending on what you want out of a Fitness game.

First review: I absolutely Love This Game. I would like to say that getting familiar with the Kinect first was very helpful. I would suggest everyone doing this before playing. I take Zumba classes regularly and its awesome to be able to do this at home on a rainy day rather than trecking to the gym. This game is great, it's fun, exciting and gives you the same benefits as the taking the class. Love it!!

Second Review:We have Kinect Adventures, Kinect Sports, Fighters Uncaged, Dance Central, and Your Shape fitness and they are all better games than this one. I will give you an example of the buggy activity.

The game will ask you to do a spin maneuver, but because you stop facing the camera for a second the game signs you out. Since it signed you out, you then have to go through 5 or 6 menus to get back to where you are.
